		<description>Yes, build quality on mbp's is really disapointing and this issue has not been fixed with the latest update of the line either. Despite the entirely new manufacturing process these darn things still have lid gaps. Every one on display in my closest store has the issue as well as the three I've gone through trying to find one of better quality.</description>

		<description>@chris - wouldn't it be nice if you bought your bmw {as that's how I see Apple in the land of pc's} and it have panels mis-aligned around the boot/trunk?

@bert - shame. it is worth asking them about it, albeit only a 14 day replacement applies. I had mine swapped over on the 2nd. The idea is to get approval from an Apple store rep first - and they're fairly reasonable most of the time.</description>
